Jennifer has called the Outer Banks home since 1990, after vacationing here for over 20 years. She started her career with our Sun Realty Duck Office shortly after moving to the area, and spent the next 14 years managing the Corolla and Kill Devil Hills offices.

With more than three and a half decades of experience in the Outer Banks vacation rental industry, Jennifer returned to Sun Realty in 2022 as the Business Development and Rental Operations Director. She enjoys partnering with homeowners and using her expertise to help them achieve strong rental performance and long-term success.

Sondra Hawkins comes to Sun Realty with a diverse background in vacation rentals, residential real estate, and interior design. She brings a proven track record in business operations and development, built over a 36-year career.

Sondra joined Sun Realty in 2021 as the company’s Interior Designer, working closely with owners to enhance their vacation rental homes, while also serving as an Owner Success Manager. She now serves as Business Development Manager for all new incoming owners, assisting them with onboarding, design services, and strategic improvements to ensure long-term success in the vacation rental program.
